Position Overview
- Responsibilities include:
- High quality interactions with clients
- Delivering client services such as inquiries, bookings, payments
- Payment reconciliation
- Weekly reporting of clinic stats
- Maintaining and managing accounts receivables
- Managing, training, and overseeing the client experience team
- Direct support to the clinic director with reporting and billing
- Administrative tasks as assigned
- Understanding and selling related health care services and products
- Developing and delivering company promotions and onsite marketing events
- Smiling, laughing and having a good time

- Morning and evening hours should be available
Salary:
$38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
