Overview of The RoleYour goal:
To be a social media and web content creation expert.
You'll become a well-respected voice and guide for our divisional Talent Acquisition teams in Canada, the USA, Australia, Argentina, and the UK.
Your mission:
To support our Talent Acquisition teams from A-Z in building and orchestrating targeted recruitment and employer brand campaigns on the web.
Your role:
This is a very collaborative role - you will enjoy interacting with multiple internal and external partners: agencies, HR and recruitment teams, executives, and managers within the business.
Reporting into the Corporate Talent Management global team and in close collaboration with Communications teams, you will be mainly responsible for:- Developing Saputo's global talent attraction social media strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), editorial calendar, content, and publications across different markets
- Measuring the performance of social initiatives: traffic acquisition, user engagement, etc.
How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:
- Act as a social media advisor for recruitment teams across our divisions (Canada, USA, Argentina, UK, Australia)
- Design, coordinate, and execute targeted recruitment and employer brand campaigns using various social media Ads and tools
- Draft a compelling social content in partnership with Communications teams leveraging our values and Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Run performance and analytics for all produced campaigns, both organic and paid, careers pages; you'll analyze the data and provide recommendations
- Oversee the yearly budget allocated to social media recruitment activities
- Update careers pages content on Saputo's corporate website as well as company premium pages on Glassdoor and Indeed
- Contribute to a global content calendar overseeing talentrelated topics
- Contribute to our community management activities on various channels
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, communications
- Good knowledge of social media products and Ads (including Google Ads), targeting, audience creation, lead generation, community growth skills
- Excellent knowledge of English and French, Spanish is a nicetohave
- Strong appetite for social copywriting
- Interest for talent acquisition and talent development projects
- A bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing or related fields
- Adobe Creative Suite and Video editing tools knowledge is a nicetohave
