You will oversee all aspects of design, building phenomenal and creative collateral at Firmex.

Through analytics-based insights, and an understanding of our customers and prospects, you will lead the production of Firmex assets, helping to define our visual identity.

As a critical part of a smart, nimble team your voice will be a big part of the company's marketing strategy.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you'll work closely with your colleagues in content marketing, demand generation, product marketing, sales, and client services to develop and execute initiatives to establish our brand, and ultimately increase our market share.

You'll be successful because your deep knowledge of design enables you to translate understanding of our clients, markets, competition, and solutions, into compelling assets.


As our Creative Coordinator, you will:

  • Own the production of all Firmex visual assets, bringing creative marketing projects from creation to delivery via web, interactive, video, motion graphics.
  • Champion the Firmex website, providing strategic recommendations, tactical execution, and the analytical framework to understand whether it's working.
  • Own and champion Firmex's brand, driving consistent presentation of our visual identity and value propositions across teams.
  • Manage critical projects with coworkers, agencies, and contractors.
  • Manage creative requests and schedules, set expectations in working with multiple stakeholders across the business.
  • Work closely with content team to create industry focused reports, video interviews, and webinars
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling advertising and social assets

What you'll need to be successful as a Creative Coordinator:

  • 2 + years of design experience within a marketing context
  • Ability to judge creative concepts and copy, and clearly communicate creative direction to others.
  • Thorough understanding of art direction.
  • Thorough understanding of on and offline marketing communication elements production.
  • Excellent communication, planning, timemanagement, and followthrough skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS systems.
  • Functional knowledge of interactive media production (Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
  • Superior understanding of digital advertising and marketing principles.
  • Superior understanding of marketing communication strategies and tactics, including technologies.
