Primary Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for receiving, reordering, and tracking purchase requisitions
  • Participates in crossfunctional teams to support operations with procurement activities
  • Track and report on blanket agreement expiry dates
  • Research discrepancies in deliveries, invoices, etc.
  • Create monthly scorecards to track supplier Performance
  • Spare part tracking and crib inventory tracking
  • Lead and Manage Crib Attendants

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Supply Chain management professional (SCMP) designation/diploma or equivalent
  • 57 years purchasing experience
  • Technical software requirements. Working knowledge of CMS, Visual. Proficient in Microsoft office (including Microsoft project)
  • Strong negotiations, problem solving and multi tasking
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment
  • Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 57 years purchasing experience
in the automotive industry
