Description
We are a busy Chartered Professional Accounting firm seeking a fulltime Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to add to our administrative team in our South Surrey location.
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and the go-to person for the office.
Required skills:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Diligent with details on all projects;
- Ability to be flexible and available to work overtime as required;
- Able to work in a confidential environment with complete discretion;
- Effective communicator, a critical thinker, organized and enjoy working as a team
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments, greet clientele;
- Receive & record payments and perform other clerical duties;
- Coordinate with all staff and Partners to help get the required tasks completed;
- Preparing documents, filing, scanning; and
- Reception with a multiline telephone system

Education:
