Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiate recruitment process by posting the position with proper job description internally and /or externally
Receive and sort resumes for posted positions
Open / close employee files with proper documentation, i.e. change of status, employment contract, etc
Ensure proper documentation of employee profiles are available upon request i.e. affidavit for common-law spouses, student attestation, etc
Ensure that all employee files are updated and maintained.
Write letters for transfers, promotions, offers, temporary assignments, etc
Assist in recruitment events for Air Canada Rouge Flight Attendants
Assist in recruitment events on the Indeed platform
Replace receptionist when needed
Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or similar, with a minimum of one to three years' experience
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent written communication skills
Bilingual (English and French)
Act in a confidential manner
Travel requirel
