Position Information:
Temporary position until approximately March 31, 2024.
Rotation/Shifts:
- Days, 8 hour shifts.

- The Hospital reserves the right to change.
Basic Requirements:
- Current certificate of competence in the province of Ontario;
- B.Sc.
N;
- Five (5) years current cardiac surgery experience;
- Two (2) years leadership experience;
- Demonstrated leadership ability: communication, problem solving, decision making;
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills;
- Demonstrated knowledge of CQI process and participation in the process;
- Demonstrated skill in oral and written communication;
- Demonstrated commitment to personal continuing education and ongoing staff education, unit projects and committees;
- Proficiency in English and French
Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French and English speaking clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Unit/hospital committee membership;
- Cardiovascular Certification;
- Cardiology experience;
- Membership to RNAO.
