SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide a high level of customer service in accordance with the Skyservice philosophy;
Facilitate efficient and courteous arrivals and departures of customers; including operating the company's vehicle(s) in a safe manner at all times;
Maintain effective communication and coordination between customers, customer service representatives, lineservice and colleagues;
Greeting and assisting flight crews with catering, limo/shuttle arrangements, and other ground support items;
Assisting passengers with baggage and valet vehicles;
Assist with answering phone lines when required;
Provide feedback to the Customer Service Manager/Supervisor regarding service issues or customer concerns;
Performing courtesy van runs to terminal and hotels as required;
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

A minimum 23 years' experience in a discerning customer service environment, preferably in aviation;
Must have a valid G driver's license;
Available to work on different shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays;
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong organizational skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Ability to consistently provide a positive attitude;
Completion of secondary school or equivalent is required.
