Hybrid Work Model
This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the opportunity to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus.

Guidelines and requirements for in-office presence are determined by operational need and vary according to the unique needs of each business area.


The opportunity:

We are seeking a
HR Analyst to join our team in
VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.


The HR Analyst is responsible for research, analysis, and reporting functions in support of a best practice approach to strategic workforce planning and organizational development for the Corporation.

The position establishes processes, and reports on corporate and operational performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and client satisfaction. Insights provided by this position inform management and executive decision making, and broader corporate planning activities.


What do you need to succeed?:


Must have:


  • Diploma in a related discipline (i.e., human resources, commerce, business administration, public administration, or social sciences), and two years of recent, related experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Related experience must be within the last five years and include:
  • Extracting data from a large database.
  • Developing and running standard and adhoc reports for an organization.

Nice to have:


  • Experience working in a Human Resources or corporate services environment.
  • Experience working with data from human resource information systems (i.e., PeopleSoft) and Talent Management systems.
  • Experience working with Power BI reporting tools and reporting analytics software.
