What is the opportunity?
What will you do?
- Support the Investment Advisor team in general administrative duties in the management of client accounts, including the preparation of client reviews, presentations, meetings, events, marketing material
- Work with an exceptional team of colleagues to follow a service plan for proactive and a high level of client service and the delivery of comprehensive wealth management services
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated skills in providing worldclass client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients
Nice-to-have
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) (can be in process of obtaining or obtained while in the role in order to progress to Associate role)
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures, an asset
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in securities or finance industry
- Enthusiastic, committed, and entrepreneurial spirit
