Job Description:

DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support and coverage with preventative maintenance, repair work, and tenant requests.
Auditing and updating building storage inventories and site locations.
Receiving and recording tenant and building deliveries for the towers as required.
Responsible for assisting with the setup and takedown of events within the interior and exterior site.
Loading dock coverage as required.
Assisting other departments when needed.
Embody and support Brookfield Properties' Safety, Health, and Environment Policy.
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate hazards to reduce risk to the workplace.
Engage in training and continuing education to develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to work safely.
Take action to stop work if it cannot be executed safely or if conditions or behaviors are unsafe.
Immediately report SH&E incidents, nearmisses, unsafe conditions, and/or atrisk behaviors to their supervisor; then diligently work to correct the problem.
Promote safe work practices and safe working conditions in accordance with all Brookfield Properties Safe Work Procedures.
Wear Personal Protective Equipment when required
Completion of other tasks as assigned.
