HDP specializes in turnkey FTTx fibre optic network deployments on behalf of our ISP partners while also supplying the required materials to construct these networks.

Responsibilities

  • Update schedule databases based on daily activity and completed milestones
  • Work with internal departments to track, log and manage all project related data
  • Followup daily with project team members on project milestone due dates
  • Create reports for management and submit as required
  • Notify Manager of project risks and required dependencies
  • Ensure timelines are in accordance with project schedules
  • Drive excellence throughout the organization in relation to all departmental tasks
  • Demonstrate a professional working relationship with employees, contractors and clients
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment
  • Adhere to and promote a safe working environment by ensuring all Health & Safety policies are strictly followed.

Qualifications

  • Post secondary diploma in related field
  • Experience with ADM is an asset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workflow to ensure all deadlines are met, and work under pressure in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, understand and interpret stakeholder needs and identify solutions

Minimum Education

  • Completion of postsecondary education or equivalent work experience
