WHO IS THE DELIVERY CLERK?
Delivery Clerk is an individual with keen ability to de-escalate customer concerns. They are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while accurately entering customer information and coordinating customer pick-ups.

Delivery Clerks are responsible for using various complex internal software systems to complete data entry in an extremely fast-paced environment.


WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOMPLISHING IN THE ROLE

  • Delivering friendly, courteous and exceptional personalized customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Coordinating all customer pickups in an efficient manner
  • Updating reports to be used by Tepperman's staff
  • General office duties

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fastpaced environment
  • Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail is a must
  • Effective interpersonal skills to effectively deal with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective telephone skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Availability to work a fulltime retail rotation schedule which includes daytime, evening and weekend shifts as well as peak periods such as March Anniversary and Boxing Week
