WHO IS THE DELIVERY CLERK?
Delivery Clerk is an individual with keen ability to de-escalate customer concerns. They are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while accurately entering customer information and coordinating customer pick-ups.

Delivery Clerks are responsible for using various complex internal software systems to complete data entry in an extremely fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOMPLISHING IN THE ROLE

Delivering friendly, courteous and exceptional personalized customer service both in person and over the phone
Coordinating all customer pickups in an efficient manner
Updating reports to be used by Tepperman's staff
General office duties

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Strong customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fastpaced environment
Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail is a must
Effective interpersonal skills to effectively deal with both internal and external stakeholders
Effective telephone skills
Advanced computer skills
Availability to work a fulltime retail rotation schedule which includes daytime, evening and weekend shifts as well as peak periods such as March Anniversary and Boxing Week
