Description
Gessmann North America is looking to hire a Sales Administration/Customer Support team member to add to our growing team.


Job Description:


  • Order entry into our ERP system
  • Verify/update Sales Orders
  • Create/manage new and existing customers
  • Create and manage Proforma Invoices for Prepay customers
  • Prepare quotes, repeat and back orders
  • Prepare monthly commissions reports.
  • Maintain quote logs.
  • Back up for reception desk

Qualifications:


Minimum 2 years office administration/sales work experience, advanced Microsoft Office products knowledge, excellent command of English (both written and verbal), willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
