Gessmann North America is looking to hire a Sales Administration/Customer Support team member to add to our growing team.Job Description:
- Order entry into our ERP system
- Verify/update Sales Orders
- Create/manage new and existing customers
- Create and manage Proforma Invoices for Prepay customers
- Prepare quotes, repeat and back orders
- Prepare monthly commissions reports.
- Maintain quote logs.
- Back up for reception desk
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years office administration/sales work experience, advanced Microsoft Office products knowledge, excellent command of English (both written and verbal), willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
