Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and quotations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM software.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to sales management on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
  • Strong sales acumen and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
