Minimum Qualifications:
- Working towards an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering (2nd or 3rd year)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, SharePoint, MS Outlook
- G2/G License and access to vehicle required
Day in the life:
Looking to learn both sides of construction? Our interns will be able to work on both the estimating and heavy civil construction sides.
As an Estimating Intern, attention to detail will be critical as you will be reviewing tender documents and plans, managing distribution and receipt of Non-Disclosure Agreements, and preparing detailed estimates.
When supporting the Project Manager, organization will be key to coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, contract specifications, and production numbers and costs.
At the end of the day, make sure everything is done because tomorrow you will have a full day on the construction site taking field measurements for quotes.
