Compensation and Benefits
We have what is being called the very best compensation and benefit package that is out there. Are you currently working full-time in local government or in the public sector (4+ years)? If so, we thank you for your service, and we demonstrate our appreciation by enhancing your initial annual vacation entitlement, which starts at three weeks, upon hire. Utility Technician I is a bargaining unit position with a wage rate of
$38.75 per hour, working 37.5 hours per week.
