Summary
The HR Assistant is responsible for recruitment and onboarding activities across Canada, with an emphasis placed on our French speaking branches.

What You'll Do - Overview
- Working with the recruiting team, this role will be responsible for fullcycle recruitment for multiple assigned requisitions. Key focus area will be bilingual talent
- Execute various onboarding tasks, including internal coordination to ensure an organized onboarding, creating a great new hire experience
- Assist with the development and administration of recruitment projects, new hire orientation, and onboarding
- With the support of HR management, execute short and longterm strategies to build and maintain viable talent pipelines, including partnership with education institutions and participation in various recruitment events and job fairs
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation throughout the recruitment and hiring process
- Ensure proper translation of from English to French and keep in compliance with the Quebec Office of the French Language, including translation support for HRrelated documents, announcements, and communication
- Administrative support for HR management and HRrelated projects and programs
- Other tasks and responsibilities as may be required from time to time consistent with the growth and development of the organization and the position
