    Senior Human Resources Business Partner (8 month contract)

    Responsibilities:

    • Track and analyze key HR metrics to make improvement recommendations.
    • Ensure organizational compliance through program and policy development.
    • Develop effective associate coaching, feedback, recognition, discipline, and termination processes.
    • Collaborate with local and regional managers on safety activities.
    • Align operational needs with HR programs and policies.
    • Advocate for technology and process enhancements to improve business execution.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years generalist experience in a manager or business partner role.
    • Experience in a fast-paced, client service-based environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred.
    • Preferably holds Human Resources certifications including CHRP (certified through the HRMA).
    • Ability to work independently with support from national HR leadership.
