Dodge City Motors is expanding Our automotive service department currently has a unique opportunity for a customer focused individual with basic understanding of mechanics and the operation of a dealership service department.
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities
- Tower operator/dispatcher for technicians
- Process and submit warranty claims for payment.
- Following up with customer regarding their recent service experience
- Accounts receivable collections from fleet and lease customers
- Perform daily cash/close out duties.
- Field incoming service calls, appointment scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a dealership or automotive setting
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Reliability
- Team player who is flexible, and solutiondriven with proactive problem solving skill
- Eagerness to learn and gain experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions/processes and utilize common sense
- An enthusiasm for work and pride in a job well done
- A pleasant personality and attitude towards coworkers and customers
