Service Advisor - Ayr, Canada - GFL Environmental
Description
GFL Environemtal is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to be based out of our Ayr, ON location.The Service Advisor will be creating and monitoring work orders, track PM repairs and schedule repairs accordingly.
They will also be responsible to perform a range of duties including but not limited to entering hours, filing DVIR's, order/pick up parts as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and Monitor Work Orders (Ensure parts are charged out)
- Fuel Dips, DEF, W/Washer Fluid
- File DVIR's
- Check Hours and Mileage
- Enter and send out Oil Samples
- Attach PMs to Work Orders
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Previous experience with trucks would be considered an asset
- Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks
- Builds and maintains customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization
- Must be able to multitask, and capable of working in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent work ethic with a willingness to learn
