We provide quality consulting engineering services to strata councils, property managers, architectural firms, developers, government agencies, private owners and contractors.
ZCI is actively seeking to fill a Full-Time Office Administrator position at our office in the Kitsilano area of Vancouver.
Qualifications must include:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to prioritize job tasks
- Attention to details
- Basic bookkeeping skills
Administrative duties will include:
- Dictatyping (using a dictation transcriber):
- Reports
- Letters
- Minutes of meetings
- Memos
- Preparing:
- Contract documents
- Specifications
- Contract administrative documents, such as change orders, certificates for payment
- Proposals
- Receiving phone calls
- Receiving and sending out mail
- Scanning documents
- Greeting clients and contractors
- Maintaining files
- Ordering office supplies
- Registering consultants in tradeshows and seminars
Bookkeeping duties will include:
- Payroll cheques
- Invoicing
- Paying bills
- Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets for income and expenses for tax purposes
- Monthly coordination with Accountant to prepare source deduction cheques to Receiver General
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour
