What you will be doing:


  • RFP sourcing, bid preparation, content creation, and submission process.
  • Manages the budget and relationship with Marketing to create all materials for the department including annual refresh activities.
  • Responsible for maintaining the accounts payable process including direction to Finance to process these payments.
  • Assist allnew implementation projects by maintaining and executing standard operating procedures through partnering with other internal crossfunctional teams.
  • Manges new pricing implementations with CFM and effective promotional/marketing planning.

How you will succeed:


  • Experience working with health insurance carriers, benefits advisors, and plan sponsors preferred.
  • Strong financial and written communication skills are required to support RFP and new business opportunities.
  • A minimum of 7 years of sales or marketing experience and proven ability to create and manage budgets and business proposals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders while managing complex tasks under pressure and within defined timelines.
  • Ability to lead with purpose and keep a team aligned on the end objective with proven management and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to balance and manage the need to work both independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Pharmacy operations knowledge is considered a strong asset.
