Metric Homes is a high quality custom home builder in the Ottawa area. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Service Technician with a keen eye for detail and exceptional interpersonal skills

All applicants must have experience in the residential construction industry.

Responsibilities;

  • Reviewing service lists with clients and inspecting warranty items
  • Scheduling and supervising trades to complete warranty items
  • Complete repairs of drywall/mudding/taping
  • Complete repairs of baseboard/casing/door hardware installation
  • Complete Paint touchups
  • Finishing caulking/silicone

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years experience in residential construction required
  • Own tools and basic safety equipment
  • Understand and comply with all safety requirements and be able to work safely without supervision
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
