SPECTRA_ is an ISO full service aluminum parts supplier with 5 manufacturing facilities in Ontario, Head offices in Bradford, and due to a new manufacturing facility opening in Bradford and promotions from within Spectra, Has an opportunity at our:

Bradford Facility IT Administrator
Deliver fast and efficient service assisting users with their hardware and software related issues

Demonstrate a high degree of technical skills to diagnose, troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Escalate user issues to senior team members, as appropriate

Coordinate end to end user support from request through resolution

Work with users directly to gather necessary information in order to resolve an issue

Assist with documentation of troubleshooting procedures, issue resolutions, and other internal processes

Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack

Familiarity with software development process would be considered an asset
