Our YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg Whyte Ridge child care program offers 105 school-age and 30 kindergarten spaces.

We are expanding our leadership team by welcoming a School Age Program Supervisor and a Kindergarten Program Supervisor. We are seeking dynamic individuals to lead our team of educators under the guidance of the Centre Director.

Capable of supervising, leading, and supporting a team
Skilled in managing day-to-day operations and administration
Proficient in developing and implementing programs that cater to children's needs
Ability to foster positive relationships with children and families
Demonstrates honesty, trustworthiness, and respect when interacting with children

What qualifications are we looking for?

Manitoba Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or equivalent
Experience in staff supervision
Background in working with preschool and/or school-age children
Demonstrated leadership and conflict resolution abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in performing administrative tasks and maintaining written records
Possession of Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification
Clear Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check
