The Flying Pig is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Managers.

Here is a brief and partial overview of manager expectations:

exceptional leadership skills

- commitment to exceeding guest expectations
- ability to develop and motivate staff to achieve challenging goals

Sommelier certification or an equivalent, along with Food Safe and Serving it Right certification are required
Good working knowledge of computers, including Excel and Word and extensive experience with multiple POS systems
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to set priorities for self and others

Duties will include the following:
- control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
- implement operational procedures
- ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- manage maintenance and repair of equipment and furniture
- support the General Manager in any way required to achieve the best results for the guest and the restaurant.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
