As a Renewals Broker on our Elite Team, you will play a key role in retaining and fostering strong relationships with our clients in our Elite commercial book of business.

In this role, you will work to retain Elite accounts such as high premium clients and complex files, act as a Success Partner to team members, contribute to workflow improvements through testing, and collaborate with the engineering team as needed.

Reporting to the Practice Lead of Renewals, this position requiresmaintaining a high level of professionalism, quality, and going above and beyond with each interaction is a central component of this role.

Assess the unique insurance requirements of high premium accounts by conducting a needs analysis, risk consultation, and making appropriate coverage recommendations based on the client's current business operation and exposure.

Act as a primary contact between the Accounts and Renewal team, working collaboratively with Elite Brokers, to provide a positive client and insurer interaction and create win-win solutions.

Liaise with insurance partners to negotiate the best possible insurance package to meet the needs of the client.

Participate in projects to support process improvement, workflow testing, and collaborating with other Elite Brokers as well as the engineering teams.

3+ years of experience within the commercial insurance industry.
~ Provincial Insurance License in good standing.
~ CAIB, CIP, or other insurance relationship designation is considered an asset.
~ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
~ Primarily remote work environment available to everyone
