We are currently looking for a highly skilled, caring, and safety focused individual.

In this role, you will report to the IT Manager, the IT Support will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to our staff and completing project deliverables.

This is a great opportunity to work in an exciting and rewarding work environment. We are looking for a well-rounded individual who will be a good fit within our existing Technical Support group.

Here's What You'll be Responsible for:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and remote access, ensuring our employees receive excellent support during their engagement
  • Resolve any technical issues via phone, in person or chat
  • Image and set up computers including peripherals, install/configure programs following our standards and checklist
  • Identify recurring technical issues and deploy solutions in a consistent manner to address the root cause of the problem
  • Followup with employees about the evolution of their request or issue
  • Track and maintain accurate record of IT assets
  • Maintain an organized, secure workplace, ensuring appropriate password/security measures taken
  • Escalate Level 2 support promptly to ensure timely resolution of complex incidents/problems
  • Perform routine audits of systems and software.
  • Create and maintain reference and procedural documentations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements:


  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science or similar discipline
  • 2+ years of recent computer, server, and network support experience
  • Practical experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, client/server, disk imaging, remote tools, Windows 10/11, Server 2019, and iPhone/iPads devices
  • Knowledge of Jamf Pro or other MDM tool for iPhone/iPad management
  • Access to a vehicle as some light travel to job sites are required
