In your role, you will:


  • Maintain and update databases and data systems / accountable for the quality and accuracy of data.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate update of data records in ERP systems.
  • Create reports and visualizations to communicate data insights to management / develop and ensure all Data Management KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for datadriven improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality control checks.
  • Take ownership of performance of data management procedures.
  • Ensure proper training and monitor the user adherence on the developed data management procedures.
  • Ensure that the company's data management business rules, policies and procedures are adhered.
  • Create / maintain / update the departmental procedures (SOP's) tools, and metrics for the master data team.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business administration, Engineering or equivalent and five (5) years of relevant experience.\You have strong competencies in analysis and problem solving.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of O365, SharePoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams.
  • You have good communication skills and can manage complex relationships and situations.
  • You are detail oriented, focused, rigorous, and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Have a high proficiency and are a good communicator in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of any ERP or relevant experience (SAP preferred). Experience working directly in SAP will be considered an asset.
  • Understanding of commercial contracts and respective Terms & Conditions.
