Position Overview:

At Corey Quinlan Insurance Agency we are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and fun individual to fill the role of Insurance Sales Representative in our locally owned independent Desjardins Insurance Agency located in Bradford.

We are a full-service agency specializing in Car, Home, Commercial and Life and Living Benefits Insurance as well as Vehicle Financing.

Earning Potential:

Base Salary + Uncapped monthly commission and bonus plan

Responsibilities:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Effectively communicating Insurance products to clients.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Meet deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Meet monthly lead generation & sales goals.

Requirements:

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills
Selfmotivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic
Diligent and hardworking
Proactive in problem solving

Pay:
$45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
