QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Diploma in Technology and/or Information Technology from a recognizable educational institution.
At least 2+ years practical experience working in Information Technology or IT Support. Experience working with Technical Systems in a Container Port is also considered an advantage. A combination of education, training and experience is also accepted.
Ability to trouble shoot errors and issues, and recommend value added solutions with ease. Able to develop technical solutions to assist day to day user related problems
Managing and controlling NTFS Permissions including security and sharing permissions. Microsoft Office 365/Azure including managing and maintaining Exchange configurations and mailboxes. Microsoft Office Suites
Efficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Minor programming understanding of SQL, PHP, HTML. Effectively navigate and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, iOS, and Linux operating systems. Schedule jobs, restores and backups using Veeam. DNS management using BIND. Experience in managing VMware systems for virtual environments.
