What you bring to the role:

Education

4 year degree or equivalent in Business, Administration or Education

Experience

A minimum 3 years of adulteducation related experience, preferably at a postsecondary institution and with an international focus.
Experience working within a complex service environment with international students in an advising or support capacity is an asset.
The incumbent must have a commitment to continuing education knowledge of programs of study and academic progression and regulations.
Ability to function with a high degree of independence re: decision making

Skills

They will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong attention to detail; problem solving skills; data management and advanced computer skills; including but not limited to MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite; the ability to organize and prepare professional documents; and the capacity to take initiative while demonstrating good judgment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to support effective interaction between students, potential students, faculty and staff
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills to promote students development and academic success
