Supporting all community engagement by developing, implementing and overseeing strategic engagement plans.
Overseeing content, user experience and digital strategies for the District's corporate website and subsidiary websites.
Developing, implementing and overseeing the District's social media strategy
Developing, implementing and overseeing the District's internal communications strategy.
Managing contracts related to community engagement such as the District's online engagement platform and enewsletter subscription service.
Sourcing, developing and implementing new community engagement digital tools and platforms.
Participating in the recruiting, training and evaluating allocated staff as well as plan, assign and supervise their work
Overseeing the content of the website, including complementary digital tools such as social media and online engagement platforms
Liaising with residents, community groups and other agencies as required, including Community Engagement Committee
Participating in other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Status:
Exempt - Permanent Full-Time

Hours of Work:
35 hours per week (hours and days of work may vary)
