  • Supporting all community engagement by developing, implementing and overseeing strategic engagement plans.
  • Overseeing content, user experience and digital strategies for the District's corporate website and subsidiary websites.
  • Developing, implementing and overseeing the District's social media strategy
  • Developing, implementing and overseeing the District's internal communications strategy.
  • Managing contracts related to community engagement such as the District's online engagement platform and enewsletter subscription service.
  • Sourcing, developing and implementing new community engagement digital tools and platforms.
  • Participating in the recruiting, training and evaluating allocated staff as well as plan, assign and supervise their work
  • Overseeing the content of the website, including complementary digital tools such as social media and online engagement platforms
  • Liaising with residents, community groups and other agencies as required, including Community Engagement Committee
  • Participating in other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Status:
Exempt - Permanent Full-Time


Hours of Work:
35 hours per week (hours and days of work may vary)
