Description

As a grass & turf crew leader, your role will be crucial in managing your team's work on the property of Strathmore's clients

Major Responsibilities

Manage your team members, materials, and equipment so that projects are completed on time according to the specificed standards
Inspect your vehicle and equipment on a daily basis and drive your team to different sites
Grass cutting using mowers, tractors, trimmers, and any other related equioment
Drive your crew members to our clients' sites and back to our office.
Train and evaluate your team members.
Log work orders, crew members hours, and inspection information in the appropriate software

Requirements:

A high school diploma
At least three years of experience in lawn & turf including one in a supervisory position.
Speak French and/or English.
A driver license with a good driver record; must be able to maintain it within good standings.
Be physically fit and have great endurance.
Ability to use and maintain necessary equipment safely and responsibly.
Ability to manage time, ability to work under pressure to deliver major projects on schedule and on budget.
