The Company was created for the high value, fragile freight and time sensitive shipper that prefers asset based distribution with emphasis on security along with a white glove approach to moving LTL across Canada.

We are Located in West Island looking for Billing clerk for the evening shift Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Starting time can vary from 4-5pm till closing

Salary to be discussed.

The following are task required.

Qualifications:

Must have basic computer knowledge.
Excell and Word (scanning documents and sending attachments)
Bilingual in English and French is required.
Must be detail oriented.
Punctual and reliable
Must be vigilant and patient.
Must be able to work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines for truck departure times.

Tasks required

Plan, Coordinate and Monitor outbound shipments to head office in Toronto
Billing / data entry
Data entry skills required.

- (Making sure what's loaded in truck gets manifested correctly)

Scan and send bills to head office. Making sure scanning documents match what was loaded in outbound trailers.
Must be able to work in a fast past environment
Plan and coordinate outbound loads
Call customers to advise shipment delays and/or information necessary to process orders.

- matching POD's and reviewing drivers run sheets.

Communicate specific freight requirements and procedures to drivers.
Previous experience at a Transport company is a plus.
