**Responsabilités principales**:

- Répondre aux appels entrants;
- Faire la prise de rendez-vous pour le département du service en communiquant avec les clients par téléphone, courriels et textos;
- Recueillir l'information du client, de ses préoccupations et recommander l'entretien requis pour son véhicule;
- Confirmer les rendez-vous.

**Qualifications et compétences requises**:

- Avoir un sens de l'initiative, une capacité d'adaptation, de la minutie et savoir user de son jugement;
- Bilinguisme (clientèle principalement anglophone);
- Communiquer de façon professionnelle par téléphone et courriel;
- Être capable de travailler dans un environnement informatisé et en constante évolution;
- Identifier et traiter les priorités afin d'atteindre les objectifs;
- Le genre masculin n'est utilisé qu'afin d'alléger le texte.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, computerized environment;
- Ability to identify and address priorities in order to achieve objectives; Ability to deal with a business clientele;
