What You'll Do
Gyptech is seeking an enthusiastic and professional
Human Resources Generalist to support our growing team.


Your role will involve:

  • Collaborating with managers to understand needs, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Supporting onboarding new employees.
  • Helping to create and deliver human resource programs including compensation, benefits, performance and talent management, recognition, occupational health and safety, training and development.
  • Providing resolutions to employee relation issues (e.g. disciplinary issues, investigations etc.).
  • Assisting with implementation of Dayforce HCM and other HR systems.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned.


This position is based out of our head office in Burlington and will require travel to our Oakville manufacturing facility on a regular basis.


What You Offer

  • Degree or diploma in human resources or related field with 57 years of related experience. CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset.
  • Experience in an engineering or industrial manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Thorough knowledge of employmentrelated laws and regulations.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
