Position Summary

We are searching for a Bilingual billing coordinator whose main role will be performing various billings setup and customer account validation.

The role is primarily focused on customer account and billing accuracy. You may be required to participate in various projects and will perform other duties as requested.
In this role, you will...

  • Ensure the customer invoice matches the customer purchase order and payment terms
  • Work as part of a team to accurately validate customer accounts and billings
  • Assist with customer requests for billing and account inquiries
  • Communicate customer discrepancies with the appropriate members
  • Receive and post vendor invoices
  • Ensure the customer invoice is sent in a timely manner and to the appropriate contact
  • Other clerical and accounting duties as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers
  • Ensure vendor postings and billings are reviewed and reconciled in a timely manner
  • Perform order reconciliations based on customer disputes
  • Respond to audit inquiries in a timely manner; as required, contact the appropriate team member to ensure the order was processed accurately
About you...

  • Close attention to detail and solid organizational skills
  • Efficient multitasking and time management skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Autonomous, friendly, handles fastpaced environments well
  • Ability to deal with a dynamic & changing work environment
  • Experience with SAP is an asset
  • Strong customer service skills
