ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER/TOWER OPERATOR REQUIRED
Myers Volkswagen in the Palladium Auto Park has opening for an Assistant Service Manager/Tower Operator.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction, production and profitability of the service department including the performance of individuals.
- Ensure compliance with Volkswagen policies and procedures by all personnel.
- Ensure and utilize shop efficiency and manpower for the maximization of profit and customer service.
- Implement ongoing strategies for service merchandising.
- Bilingualism is an asset but not a prerequisite.
- Experience using ERAccess is an asset
