Responsibilities:


  • Schedules and dispatches Service Technicians to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
  • Schedules all service calls according to priority and in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Able to remain calm while working within tight timelines.
  • Thrives on pressure to deliver immediate solutions to customer related problems.
  • Expected to have a "cando" attitude
  • Accountable, customerfocused, safety conscious, and respectful to all our stakeholders within and outside our organization
  • Must be willing to work in a facepaced environment alongside others to support multiple crews and projects proactively.
  • Strong organizational skills are needed in this role.

Qualifications:


  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Prove strength in communication and relationship building
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' of experience in a dispatch and/or scheduling or planning role in a services based company
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' customer service experience is a MUST
  • Some postsecondary education is an asset
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.

Salary:
$25.00-$32.00 per hour
