JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for account reconciliation.

This role provides financial and accounting expertise and support to the Finance team at Crown Lift Trucks, influencing decision-making processes and assuming key responsibilities for the analysis of financial issues.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reconcile customer account statements and general ledger accounts and ensure all discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation and statements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
  • Support the accounting team with reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data exchange.
  • Perform other accounting duties and support as required.
  • Assists with the yearend audit process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Accounting diploma
  • 3+ years of working experience in progressive finance, account reconciliation, and reporting experience

SKILLS

  • Advanced knowledge in the use of Excel, including complex formulas and modeling techniques
  • A team player with strong written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across functions and all levels of the organization including nonfinance personnel and executive level
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fastpaced, performancedriven environment
  • Exceptional work ethics, team mentality, positive attitude, selfmotivated, and excellent business partnering skills
  • Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and precision; detailoriented, resultfocused, highlyorganized and resourceful
