Zonda is looking for a passionate

What you'll do:

• Client Communication: Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner to resolve collection and payment inquiries and disputes. Act as a primary Collections point of contact, addressing client concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that clients receive prompt and satisfactory resolutions to their billing/payment issues. Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction.
• Collaborate with the

Billing Team:

Work closely with the Billing Team to address any billing-related inquiries and disputes, ensuring seamless information flow between billing and collections functions.

• Problem solving: Provide detailed customer reconciliation and statements as needed, addressing payment disputes, and handling payment processing and refunds.
• Strong Will and Determination: Demonstrate resilience and determination in pursuing collections goals. Proactively identify and address challenges, seeking creative solutions to ensure successful collections outcomes.
• Demonstrate flexibility and learning agility as role will require tasks across multiple A/R platforms and currencies.
• Continuously evaluate the collection processes to help Collections Manager identify areas of improvement.
• Must be comfortable with working in a hybrid/remote environment and a selfmotivator.

Who you are:

• Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with clients.
• Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
• Experience working with multiple currencies.
• Knowledge of billing processes and industry regulations is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks and/or NetSuite a plus.
