We are looking for an exceptional
Reception Desk Representative to join our team.
Duties
- Greeting and welcoming clients for our shared office space
- Answering questions and addressing complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Keeping reception desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute accordingly
- Prepare and receive outgoing and incoming mail and parcels
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Qualifications
- High School diploma/College Diploma and or any additional qualifications in an administration discipline
- Proven experience as front customer service administrator or similar position
- Computer savvy. Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication (oral and written)
- Strong people skills with a kind and helpful manner
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Detailoriented
This position is a full-time, Monday to Friday, 11 am - 7 pm

$36,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
