Responsibilities:

Technical Project Management

Essential Functions

Education and Experience

BS or MS required. BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred.
Bachelor degree with hands on commercial software program management, project planning, and prior leadership experience required.
Exceptional interpersonal skill, technical leadership and teamwork required.
Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle required and agile development methodologies.
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Experience working with offshore teams and customers preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with design team, internal users, and customers to understand and define the diagnostic, debug and validation tool software requirements.
Work with functional technical leads to investigate project roadmaps and product technical documentation to understand software impact. Translate these requirements/impacts into executable plans.
Manage development plans to deliver on time and manage customer driven change requests and/or found tasks without impacting critical committed deliverables.
Report program status to functional and program level teams.
Accountable on time delivery of deliverables.
