    **Responsible for project estimating design overall sales process from inception through contract signature for the project portfolio within the Area team

    Determine resource levels to attain schedule milestones and monitor workforce levels to ensure conformance with the construction delivery plan for projects within the local geography

    Control change scope creep to ensure all scope changes are documented and that change orders are approved prior to work performance in partnership with assigned Construction managers

    Develop project execution plan, project schedule, and project budget and present these elements to clients as needed during the pursuits

    Collaborate with Sales and Engineering within the Area team to secure customer-facing contracts

    Develop and maintain Customer and Subcontractor relationships

    Actively involved in the local contracting community, industry organizations, and networks with local subcontractors

    Maintain high customer satisfaction for projects during the Development and turnover to Delivery phases

    Collaborate with the Development Team members to establish and maintain local market dominance

    Assist the SI Delivery Manager in planning for future resource needs and allocating resources to meet near term commitments

    Work with the SI Delivery Manager to assign Construction Managers to provide sales support activities and project delivery needs

    Assist in the preparation of the annual financial operating plan for the projects business

    Perform sales support activities early in the audit process

    Cost estimating project scheduling and construction management of projects secured by the area team

    Manage the profitable development of the Area team's project portfolio

    Communicate project scope and customer expectations to team members

    Establish customer touch points throughout the project lifecycle

    Foster good relationships with subcontractors and internal partners

    Ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards

    Champion contract compliance and code compliance

    Participate in project post mortem and continuous improvement

    Responsible for the Labor estimate, Subcontractor Estimates, and Risk proficiency

    Finalize negotiated SOV Schedule of Values for billing and payment terms

    Project Profitability, Executed Gross Margin, Slippage, Project cash flow

    Tool usage, Risk Log, RFP tool, Pipeline Suite

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent work experience

    Ten or more years of progressively more responsible operations management experience in the Installation Industry

    Ability to lead and direct cross-functional and cross-business unit project teams
