ICBC is seeking an experienced Manager, HR Business Partner to join the growing team.
In this role, you will lead a team of HR Business Partner to provide consulting services and facilitate the delivery of the people
agenda. You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders in the organization, collaborating with them to drive people
strategies to support their divisional business objectives and priorities.

environment, using data and insights to build convincing business cases for change.
Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in Human Resources in an advisory, or senior operational role
- Experience in the full HR value chain and HR best practices: talent management, career management, succession planning,
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with all levels of leaders
- The ability to collect and use high quality data and analytics across HR value chain matters to support with diagnosing people
- Effective decisionmaking, critical thinking and problem resolution skills
- A Degree or Diploma in a field related to Human Resource Management, and or an equivalent combination of education and
- CHPR or other relevant designation
