The Plan Sponsor Administration team links people, technology and expert services to simplify group benefits administration and provide a consistent, powerful member and client experience.

What you will do:
- Business User Acceptance Testing
- Comparing multiple sources of documentation to build a test plan for each client
- Identify inconsistencies between documentation and the enrolment tool and log defects as the need arises
- Investigation into defects to resolve root cause as well as following the item through to successful completion
- Collaborator engagement, including consistent communication throughout the life cycle of the testing process
- Manage payroll files, which includes:
- Set up the system that allows the file to run
- Schedule and coordinate running the files
- Qualitycheck the files
- Send the files to the client
- Answer inquiries about the files and their content

Strong Assets:
- Knowledge and experience in the financial industry and specifically Group Benefits
- Prior experience in a payroll environment or working with payroll files
