The Plan Sponsor Administration team links people, technology and expert services to simplify group benefits administration and provide a consistent, powerful member and client experience.

Our team supports our Group Benefits clients, coordinating efforts to provide world class benefits administration and customer service.

What you will do:

Business User Acceptance Testing
Comparing multiple sources of documentation to build a test plan for each client
Identify inconsistencies between documentation and the enrolment tool and log defects as the need arises
Investigation into defects to resolve root cause as well as following the item through to successful completion
Collaborator engagement, including consistent communication throughout the life cycle of the testing process
Manage payroll files, which includes:
Set up the system that allows the file to run
Schedule and coordinate running the files
Qualitycheck the files
Send the files to the client
Answer inquiries about the files and their content

Strong Assets:

Knowledge and experience in the financial industry and specifically Group Benefits
Prior experience in a payroll environment or working with payroll files
