We are currently looking qualified
Community Facilitators** to provide ongoing support to our clients in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. In this position, you will work on a 1:1 basis with one of our clients to support them. This position will require you to work every other weekend.

If you are pursuing a diploma in social services or developmental services, have relevant education and/or work experience in healthcare, we want to help you build a better future with us.

We offer benefits, paid training, and mileage. This is a full-time opportunity in our community outreach program. Our program is a scheduled shift program. We understand the need for reliable hours, and reasonable driving time
