Location:
ALS Geochemistry, North Vancouver. We are located just past the Second Narrows bridge and with walking distance Phibb's Exchange. Free parking on-site is also available.

You could be involved in:

Preparing and carrying out analysis on geological samples;
Preparing solutions and calibration standards within a laboratory environment;
Tracking and batching samples and maintaining production logs;
Learning and using industry leading procedures and processes in analytical testing;
Engaging in our safety culture to meet and exceed safety standards;
Challenging yourself to meet quick turnaround commitments.

Requirements:

Some postsecondary education in sciences or experience in a laboratory environment (Completed degree not required);
Able to work independently or as part of a team;
Basic English communication skills (written and verbal);
Good organizational skills and hand eye coordination;
Basic computer proficiency.
Please note that ALS operates 24/7 and will require day, afternoon, and graveyard shift work including weekends.
